Retainer Details
• Half of the full investment is your non-refundable commitment that is required at time of booking and full payment will be due in the second month of your 2 month commitment. Within the second month, retainer renewals are due the 4th of the month.
• Retainers are allocated to 10 graphics per month unless additional services are purchased at an discounted rate. It is the clients responsibility to utilize the monthly graphics to their advantage (I.E. Don't waste your graphics for the month.) Graphics do not roll over from month to month, because retainers are set for the month based on other bookings.
